These terms apply when you use GrabYourSlot, run by [Legal name of the business], [Registered address, city, state, PIN]. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy policy.

What GrabYourSlot is

Software that lets clinics, sports venues and other businesses take bookings online, manage their calendar and check people in. Bookings are an arrangement between the customer and the business. We are not a party to them and do not provide the business’s services.

Not medical advice

GrabYourSlot is appointment and queue software. Nothing on it is medical advice. In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.

Business accounts

• Give true details about your business and keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your staff logins.
• You decide what you ask customers, and you are responsible for their data under the DPDP Act, including telling them why you collect it and honouring their requests.
• Follow the laws and professional rules that apply to you (for doctors, including NMC rules on advertising).
• Messages you send to customers, for example on WhatsApp, are sent by you and must follow WhatsApp's and the law's rules.

Customers

• Give your real name and mobile number, and book only times you intend to use.
• Changes, cancellations, payment and refunds follow the business's own rules, shown when you book.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no fake or automated bookings, no attempts to access others’ data, no harmful code, no unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

Fees

GrabYourSlot is free during our pilot. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell business owners in advance, and nothing is charged without your agreement. We take no commission on bookings.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost business), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing).

Ending

You can stop using GrabYourSlot at any time and ask us to delete your business data. We may end accounts that break these terms.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [City] have jurisdiction.
