Delete your account

Business owners
You can close your business account yourself, on the website or in the GrabYourSlot app:
- Sign in and open Setup.
- Scroll to Close business account at the bottom.
- Type your business name and your password, then tap Close account for good.
This deletes, at once and for good:
- your business, its booking page and settings,
- all staff logins,
- customers, bookings, payments records, passes and messages,
- phone app notification settings.
Copies in our backups are removed within 30 days. Download anything you want to keep first (Analytics → Download CSV). Pro payments already made are not refunded.
Staff members
Ask the business owner to remove you in Team. Your login is deleted when they do.
Customers
You don’t have an account: you book without one. To see, correct or delete the details a business holds about you, use the form on our Privacy Policy page or write to [privacy@your-domain]. We reply within 30 days.
