Do my students need to download an app?+
No. They book in the phone browser from your link and get a pass they can save or add to the calendar.
Does every seat need a login?+
No. A seat is a column on your calendar, not an account. Your front desk can manage every schedule, and you can add a login later.
Can I change the shifts and prices?+
Yes. We start you with common shifts for study libraries, shown below. Rename, re-price or switch off any of them in Setup.
Can I add walk-ins and phone bookings?+
Yes. Add them from the calendar in a few taps. They block the same time as online bookings, so nothing is booked twice.
